What we do, in detail

Not a pharmacy, no medicines licence, why a name proves nothing, and the actual work.

Program 01 · Said first, not last

Not a pharmacy

We are not registered with the pharmacy regulator, we do not operate registered pharmacy premises, and we do not sell, supply or dispense medicines of any kind, prescription or otherwise. Nobody associated with the company is held out as a pharmacist, a title which is protected in law and whose misuse is a criminal offence. If you came here looking for medicines, this is the wrong company and we would rather say so in the first paragraph.

  • No registration
  • No premises
  • No supply
  • No protected title

What it suggests.

What is actually registered.

Step 3 · The gap

Stated rather than exploited.

Step 4 · The direction

Where to go instead.

Step 1 · The activity

What it would require.

Step 2 · The authorisation

Which one, from whom.

Step 3 · The answer

We do not hold it.

Step 4 · The consequence

So we do not do it.

Program 02 · None held, none claimed

No medicines licence

Manufacturing medicines requires a manufacturer's licence. Supplying them wholesale requires a wholesale dealer's licence. Placing one on the market requires a marketing authorisation. We hold none of those, we do not manufacture, assemble, import, export or distribute medicinal products, and the legal page has a placeholder where any authorisation would appear. An empty placeholder means exactly what it looks like.

  • No manufacturing licence
  • No wholesale licence
  • No marketing authorisation
  • Placeholder left empty

Program 03 · Nobody checked it

Why a name proves nothing

Registering a company name involves no assessment of whether the company is fit or licensed to do what the name suggests. The registrar does not vet that, and thousands of company names imply activities their holders are not authorised to carry on. It is worth knowing generally, not only about us: if a company's name implies a regulated activity, the thing to check is the relevant regulator's register, which is public, rather than the company register.

  • No fitness check
  • Names are not licences
  • Registers are public
  • True of many companies

Where it is not.

Where it is.

Program 04 · Within the limits

What we actually do

Professional and scientific work of a commercial and technical nature, carried out within the limits set out above. Where a matter would require a professional registration or a regulatory authorisation, it is referred rather than undertaken, and that referral is the whole value of knowing where the boundary runs. The company was formed in October 2024 and claims no longer history than that.

  • Per engagement
  • Scope agreed first
  • Referred where regulated
